    Return Policy

    We have a 15-day return policy. 

    Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt.  Contact us at info@tomleitchknives.com within 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Refunds

    Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

    Please note that all refunds will be issued for the total amount of the purchase minus any processing fees that were applied at the time of the transaction. These processing fees are non-refundable, as they are retained by the payment processor.​​​​
